Deposits
Once a design is agreed upon, I request a deposit of 20% of the estimated cost before construction
or longarming. The balance is due upon receipt of your treasured quilt.
Shipping and Handling
I attempt to ship your order as soon as it is finished, and depending on its complexity, will vary in
the amount of time it takes to complete. I will try to give you an estimate of how long to expect.
I offer the following shipping methods to USA buyers only. USPS Priority
Mail Flat Rate with $50 insurance included - in whatever size box will fit the product or products. (Large flat rate boxes at the new rate since July of 2018 are now $18.90) Standard
UPS Ground UPS Second Day UPS Overnite Shipping costs will vary by the weight and type of shipping desired:

Returns
Customers often ask what my return policy is. My goal is for complete
customer satisfaction. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, I want to hear about it. Let me know if something
is wrong and I will do what I can to make it right.
I will not, however, be held
responsible for the outcome of requests that do not meet my exacting standards. If you are unhappy about the outcome
of a product in which you insisted upon a design that is not suitable for the fabric or the quilt, including thread
colors that contrast the fabrics in the quilt, I will not offer you a refund. I will stand behind the workmanship of
my design suggestions. If you are not satisfied with an embroidery product you may return it within 7 days
for a refund minus shipping charges. Refunds are at my discretion and will be granted only if the product has not
been laundered, and after I have it back in my possession to address your concerns.
